Submitting an enquiry
When you select “Send enquiry”, your name, reply contact, topic and message are stored in the site database. Only Elena and the authorised administrator can access enquiries and private notes. These details are used to consider your enquiry and reply.
Please share only what is needed for an initial conversation. To correct or delete an enquiry, write to hello@elenabershtein.com.
Situation map
Situation-map answers are calculated in your browser and are not automatically sent to a server. You may save progress on this device for seven days and delete it with the restart button. Keep saving off on a shared device. If you separately choose to include the summary in an enquiry, it appears in the form and can be edited or removed. It is stored with the enquiry only after you select Send enquiry.
Protection and technical data
Spam protection uses a short-lived hash of your IP address; the raw IP is not stored in the enquiry database. The hosting provider may process technical HTTP request data. Admin sign-in uses ChatGPT, with the platform managing the sign-in session.
There are no advertising trackers or analytics counters. Fonts and images are served with the site. If you contact Elena directly by email, the sender’s and recipient’s email services handle the message.
