About / Elena Bershtein
Experience of systems.
Interest in people.
Systemic coach and analyst, creator of Perehod. My professional path connects management, entrepreneurship and working with people.

Different roles. One path.
Change as
lived experience.
Studying economics shaped my interest in how systems work. In government service I worked in foreign economic and international relations. I later moved into property management and ran a trading business.
Behind every structure are people: their tasks, decisions, relationships and responsibilities. This human context is central to my work today.
Perehod is a distinct focus. I am developing the project for people who want to change how they live through the experience of emigration.

Looking at
how things connect.
One example from my management experience is restructuring work within a property management enterprise.
A map of collaboration
From separate departments to working together
I observed each department’s tasks, staff interactions and the requests people brought in. Together with the team we changed the management structure and established a rental department, distributing technical, legal and administrative responsibilities.
For me, the value of this experience lies in concrete actions: first observing the situation, then changing connections and the way work is organised.
The old way of living, working and making decisions no longer fits, while a new way has yet to take shape.
