These terms cover use of the website. The scope of individual work, fees, payment, rescheduling and cancellations are agreed separately before that work begins.
Materials and the Situation Map
Articles, cards and examples help you consider a situation and formulate questions. They do not replace individual advice and are not medical, psychotherapeutic, legal or financial recommendations.
The Situation Map is a self-reflection tool, not a validated psychological test. Its result depends on your selected answers, covers the suggested themes and does not establish personality traits, abilities or a diagnosis. You can disagree and choose another topic yourself.
Suggested steps are examples for reflection. Decisions about work, starting or closing a business, relocation and relationships require attention to your circumstances. No particular life or financial outcome is promised.
Enquiries and starting work
Browsing the site, completing the map and submitting an enquiry are free and do not oblige you to buy a service. Sending the form does not book an appointment or create a contract for individual work.
Elena will read your message and reply using your contact details. The format and possibility of further work are discussed in correspondence. Please provide a valid contact and only the information needed for an initial conversation.
The site is not an emergency service and incoming messages are not continuously monitored.
Using text and images
Elena holds the rights to her own text and materials. Photographs, fonts and other elements may belong to their respective authors and rights holders.
Materials offered for download can be saved for personal use with author credits and file notices preserved. Please request permission before republishing complete materials, using photographs, selling materials or including them in a commercial product. Quotation and other uses permitted by law remain allowed.
Individual materials may have additional terms stated beside them or inside the file.
Responsible use
Do not attempt to access other people’s enquiries or the admin area without permission, bypass security, send spam or malicious files, disrupt the site or impersonate another person.
The admin area is limited to authorised accounts. Anyone uploading materials must have the right to publish them and must not disclose other people’s personal data without a lawful basis.
Data and external links
Enquiry processing, local map storage and technical data are described in the Privacy Policy.
Links, including projectperehod.com, may lead to other websites, whose own terms and policies apply. A link alone does not mean that Elena controls all content on the external resource.
Availability and your rights
Materials and features may be updated, and technical interruptions or errors can occur. Please contact Elena if you notice an error or a feature that does not work.
These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
Applicable law and updates
Portuguese law applies to use of the site, while preserving any mandatory protections available under the law of your habitual residence. These terms do not impose exclusive jurisdiction that removes a consumer’s statutory remedies.
