What is
happening?
A specific episode: circumstances, actions, your words and feelings. What is known, and what is still an assumption?
Approach / Attention & context
The starting point is what is happening in your life. Your question belongs within a context of circumstances, relationships and decisions.

Working with the situation
My practice includes examining specific episodes, discussing thoughts and feelings, and making written notes between conversations. This provides material to revisit a situation and look at it in more detail.
A broad description can contain several different questions. “I don’t know what comes next” may concern work, relationships, relocation or several areas at once.
A specific episode: circumstances, actions, your words and feelings. What is known, and what is still an assumption?
Roles, relationships, expectations and practical constraints. What connections become visible when we consider the wider situation?
Possible actions, their costs and your available capacity. Which next step makes sense in your circumstances?
These are questions for a shared exploration. The format of any work is discussed after we understand your situation.
You may be ready for new challenges in one area and need help in another. The transition cards invite you to notice that difference, without expecting every part of life to move at the same pace.
Explore the cardsYou can start with a few sentences about what is happening and why you decided to get in touch. The question can become clearer in conversation.
Describe your situation in an email. Elena will reply to discuss whether a suitable format is available and its terms.
Yes. You can get in touch about changing roles, finding a direction or making a professional choice.
The next step
You don’t need to have an answer ready. Start with what is happening in your life.
